Our Management

The management staff of Regal Care (Nig) Ltd are all UK trained nurses, in adult care as well as in the mental health branch of nursing, with many years of working experience within the National Health Service (NHS). Their specialty are in the care of the elderly, disabled and ill-health patients, providing all the necessary social support and healthcare needs within the hospital and in private homes. Our excellent management experience and skills within healthcare sector makes us believe in the time honoured of respecting our elders.

Our Carers

All Regal Carers are highly trained and dedicated to dealing with the unique and differing needs of those who use our services. We believe in the safety and security of our clients as well as their properties,hence every member of the team goes through a rigorous security checks and required to obtain references/guarantors before taken up a care employment with our company.

At Regal Care, we are bound to work within the code of professional conduct set out to guide our staff and to protect our clients.

Before a new member of staff starts work, it is mandatory to attend a full induction programme including a care worker orientation tothe role,and mandatory training sessions such as moving & handling, health & safety. Further and detailed training is then attended during 12 weeks of starting with us covering first aid, fire & safety, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding adults/children, medication and dementia awareness.

Regal Care will arrange quality care to support you in the comfort of your home. Selection and training are not the only attributes we demand of our staff, emphasis is placed on the compability of personality between carer and client,and each member of staff is dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with the level of care you receive.
